Castle Rock, CO – March 31, 2025 – The Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the appointment of Lori Gerlits as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Lori brings over two decades of experience in business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships across Colorado—alongside a deep commitment to building strong communities and thriving local economies.

Most recently, Lori served as Vice President of the South Metro Denver Chamber, where she was instrumental in advancing economic development, strengthening business engagement, and building impactful advocacy efforts. Her work included driving membership growth, cultivating meaningful relationships with business leaders, nonprofits, and public officials, and spearheading regional initiatives with measurable results.

Her professional background spans a wide range of industries—including real estate, healthcare, and retail—with leadership roles that highlight her inclusive and collaborative style. Known for her warmth, energy, and unwavering commitment to others’ success, Lori is a connector and motivator who leads with heart.

A longtime resident of Colorado, Lori has lived in the south metro Denver area since the early 1990s and is married to a Colorado native. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, fishing, pickleball, cheering on the Broncos and Avalanche, and spending time with friends. A former competitive volleyball player, Lori brings that same energy and drive into every professional endeavor.

With Lori’s leadership, the Chamber is poised to explore new opportunities to expand member services, strengthen advocacy, and elevate Castle Rock as a premier place to live, work, and do business. We are thrilled to welcome Lori Gerlits as she leads the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce into this exciting new chapter.
