Kristen Blessman has over 23 years of leadership experience, including strategic marketing, business development, and executive management; working with both non-profit, for-profit as well as small business ownership experience.

Kristen is a change-agent leader with a focus on revenue development through the areas of innovation, strategic planning, start-up social enterprise, re-branding, and award-winning marketing and advertising campaigns.

Blessman recently joined PBS12 as President and General Manager. Her previous experience includes President & CEO of the Colorado Women’s Chamber and also Chief Marketing and Development Officer of Goodwill Industries of Denver.

Jolee is the Director of Organizational Development and Experiential Learning for Douglas County School District, the Founder of Ellipsis Consulting, and a Master Associate-candidate for Emergenetics International.

Over the last 25 years, she has cultivated a unique approach to leadership training in the outdoor education and challenge course industries. With the belief that adults are just big kids, Jolee utilizes a blend of experiential methods, neuroscience, and cognitive and behavioral awareness to collaborate with leadership teams and organizations to support culture, improve communication, and foster innovative solutions.

Cassie has built a career at the intersection of technology and impact, serving as the head of Space Programs for Paul G. Allen, the COO of Earthrise Alliance, chair of the Board of Directors at PLACE, strategic advisor to Bye Aerospace, founding member of the United Nations Space4Women network and co-founder of the Brooke Owens Fellowship. She brings over 20 years of engineering experience to Sound Future from roles with NASA, SpaceX, Sierra Nevada Corporation and Lockheed Martin.

Sound Future is a 501c3 non-profit leveraging the power of live events as a catalyst for climate innovation.

Katie Gaus Host and Reporter Colorado Avalanche

Katie Gaus

Host & Reporter, Colorado Avalanche

Katie Gaus joins Altitude’s broadcast team as the new reporter/host for Colorado Avalanche broadcasts after spending the last three seasons with the Florida Panthers and Bally Sports Florida where she worked as an in-game reporter and digital host.

In addition to her work in the NHL, Gaus spent the last two seasons working as a color analyst for the Premier Hockey Federation covering women’s hockey. Before making the jump to Panthers, Gaus worked for the United State Hockey League as their Media and Communications Coordinator.
