Featured Chamber Programs
The Castle Rock Chamber is dedicated to helping local companies grow their business by taking the lead in programs and efforts that help create a strong local economy and making Douglas County a great place to do business. The Chamber has developed the following collection of networking groups, focused committees, and educational programs to address the needs of our members.
Leadership Douglas County (LDC) is a program for established and emerging leaders who live or work in Douglas County and want to take a deep dive into local issues, network with top leaders in the region and enhance their opportunities for civic engagement.
At Leadership Douglas County (LDC), we are creating a strong community through our program for all leaders from all backgrounds — civic, business, service, religious and non-profit.

The Chamber, along with the Sturm Collaboration Campus (ACC/CSU/DCSD), employers and business leaders, have established a partnership to address the skills gap between training and abilities needed in the workplace. Talent Pipeline Douglas County was formed so we can address the most critical workforce needs in our community.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Talent Pipeline Douglas County (TPDC) is a multi-industry collaborative that engages with community members and local industry to facilitate partnerships and deliver solutions to help create and sustain a thriving work based learning community.
TPDC Strives to:
- Foster a talent ecosystem
- Serve as a catalyst and caretaker for strategic recruitment / management
- Align partnerships to close skills gap
- Design and implement performance measures to monitor talent health
- Drive change
