Douglas County Gives is a program of the Douglas County Community Foundation dedicated to promoting the many wonderful organizations and people doing good work to serve our community and beyond. Douglas County Gives was created to increase awareness of non-profit organizations located right here in Douglas County.
Talent Pipeline Douglas County is a program to close the Skills Gap in Douglas County—this partnership is between the Chamber, Sturm Collaboration Campus (ACC/CSU/DCSD), employers and business leaders together addressing the skills gap between training and abilities needed in the workplace. Our focus is to be demand-driven, addressing the most critical workforce needs.
Talent Pipeline Douglas County (TPDC) is a multi-industry collaborative that engages with community members and local industry to facilitate partnerships and deliver solutions to help create and sustain a thriving work based learning community.

About our Speaker:
Lexi Lagan is a USA Shooting National Team Member and Olympic Hopeful. Lexi will share her journey as a rising star in the world of Women’s 10m Air Pistol and Women’s 25m Sport Pistol and her challenges along the way. As a recent graduate from the University of Utah, with a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law Physics, Lexi plans to focus on shooting until the next Olympics. Furthering her education in law school with the goal of becoming a patent lawyer is also a future goal. Join us for lunch, come hear about Lexi’s unique experiences and leave feeling empowered and inspired!
