Colorado’s dial framework standardizes different levels of “openness” at the county level. It is a tool for counties to use to make life during the pandemic more sustainable, allowing us to balance, to the greatest extent possible, controlling the virus with our social and economic needs.

Douglas County Disaster Emergency Waivers for Businesses to Address COVID-19 Safety Provisions
Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution to temporarily enable the Planning Director to grant waivers to some zoning requirements so that businesses are able to make operational modifications quickly and inexpensively.
